CMS holds a Grade A1 certification, the highest classification for a Monitoring Centre according to Australian/New Zealand Standards (AS/NZS 2201.2).

We deploy premium alarm communicators from Inner Range, utilising the Multipath IP platform to ensure that every event is securely and reliably transmitted to CMS for immediate response. Multipath IP is designed with built-in redundancy to prevent connection interruptions, ensuring critical alarms always reach the monitoring centre. With a network uptime consistently exceeding 99.95%, this reliability is made possible through the use of Tier 1 Telecommunications providers and Microsoft Azure Cloud infrastructure.

Additionally, we regularly review alarm activity reports to assess the performance and response times of our patrol and alarm response subcontractors. By actively monitoring these metrics, we ensure that every response meets our expectations for speed, reliability, and professionalism, giving our clients confidence that their security is managed with the highest level of care and diligence.
